	Knowledge Management Module	The system includes a highly efficient search engine, which enables users to search for any material on the portal. The Knowledge Management Module enables users to access and upload information according to their assigned security clearance. The information is varied, inclusive of video, audio, and multiple text formats and can appear in almost any viable format. Use of a common knowledge management bank eliminates redundancy in an effort to create course materials, and ensure that the information posted is the most relevant.
	Performance Dashboard	Performance Dashboard provides the ability to measure and analyze performance in real-time. The run-time application monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in finance, course enrolment, exam performance, awards, disciplinary matters, staff training and just about anything else that the Management deems important. Performance Dashboard’s versatility allows institutes' management to view quantitative measures that are important in a timely, reliable manner. Principals and Heads of Departments can drill down to view data details, trend metrics over time and gain visibility into operational processes, allowing them to maximize present opportunities and identify areas for future process improvements.
