Our client, headquartered in Germany, is a leading
manufacturer of engine modules & components and
of complete aero engines, develops, manufactures and
provides service support for aircraft engines, military
and civil alike and is a preferred partner to customers
worldwide.
The Project
To manage growing business needs, the client had
implemented SAP ECC 5.0. While the system was helping
the client to manage their business processes better,
the client wanted to accomplish reduction in total
cost of ownership for support and maintenance of
its SAP environment.
Hence, the client was looking for a value-based
partner to constantly enhance SAP business functionality,
while minimizing cost on maintenance and customization.
The client has partnered with Quintegra for leveraging
upon our SAP expertise through SAP for Maintenance
Repair and Overhaul (SAP for MRO) IT concept preparation
and realization.
Under the partnership, Quintegra provides updates,
modifications, customization, configuration and
maintenance of the client’s ECC 5.0 system.
Quintegra also provides support for the implementation
of new business processes in SAP for the client.
