IT Business Development Manager
  Skills Description
 

Identify and generate new clients in the Technology consulting
   and IT projects
Establish contacts with hiring Managers/Senior executives, large
    IT consulting companies and build long-term relationships
Identify, qualify, pursue and close new business leads developed
    through both outbound and inbound inquiries
Implement sales strategies and close high revenue deals
Make numerous sales presentations to potential clients by phone
    and Internet or in-person
Knowledge of the IT service industry preferred
Proven ability to identify, shape and convert business
   opportunities
Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities
   from beginning to end
Experience in selling offshore services preferred
Must possess excellent people, communication and presentation
    skills
3+ years of work experience in IT consultancy
US valid work permit required
Technical knowledge; Excellent communication and presentation
    skills; outstanding leadership skills; ability to work with diverse
    groups using strong influencing skills; ability to work with little
    supervision; ability to work strategically with excellent account
    management skills
