Quintegra Solutions Limited, the parent company of QuintegraUS, has acquired US-based PA Corporation (PAC) for $49 Million in an all-cash deal. The deal will help Quintegra gain an entry into high-end consulting business and attract new customers.
The deal would also help Quintegra grow to over 1000 global resources and cross revenues of USD 100 Million for 2007-08.
