Rational Software is a suite of tools that covers all aspects of the development lifecycle including modeling, requirements gathering, coding, testing, source control and change management. The tools are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This process applies iterative development techniques to software development. PAC has built a pool of senior consultants with expertise in several of IBM and Rational's technologies. PAC has world class expertise in Rational Rose/Rose RealTime, ObjecTime Developer, Rational Test RealTime and the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This expertise and experience allows us to deliver services that help customers maximize the value of Rational's tools and achieve success.

PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP continue to dominate the package solutions market for corporate America. PAC has deep expertise in the installation and maintenance of the PeopleSoft suite. We have experience in the installation of manufacturing, distribution, and financials applications. We have done significant development directly for PeopleSoft, and have the rare combination of strong functional and technical skills.

PAC’s practice area has a deep pool of expert resources in the SAP suite. We have worked on a number of installations deploying the entire range of modules, from FI to warehousing. We combine deep industry experience with business innovation. Leadership
Lari Sue Taylor

Ms. Taylor is the leader of the Packaged Software practice for PAC and is a senior client engagement principal. Lari Sue Taylor is a nationally recognized expert with over 20 years experience in Systems Technology. Lari Sue provides consulting and project management services in all areas of technology risk, regulatory compliance, and fraud management.

Before joining PAC, Lari Sue was a Senior Technology Officer and Director of Technology Risk and Program Management for Citibank Technology Solutions Group (CTSG). Ms. Taylor was responsible for managing technology risk in support of the Citibank NA retail consumer systems. Additionally Ms. Taylor was responsible for the CTSG Enterprise Program Office, which included IT Governance, policy, tools, and oversight of the project management process and the systems development lifecycle. Prior to her role at Citigroup, Ms. Taylor was Senior Vice President and Director of Enterprise Information Security and Recovery at Fleet Boston Financial. Ms. Taylor held responsibility for ensuring the safety and soundness of the Fleet enterprise in all matters relating to information security, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Her role included setting strategic direction, establishing policy, and oversight of the design and implementation of Fleet’s security, recovery, crisis management and overall technology risk practices.

Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of PA and a Masters of Business Administration and Decision Science from Loyola College in MD.
